He is the founder and proprietor of Kizansh Group. There is no denying that he came up with the idea of Kizansh and had a goal of changing the world accompanied by the vision of making a difference. To build Kizansh into an exceptional brand, he started with a constructive strategy and a positive approach. In his more than 15 years of work experience, he has gained cross-continental knowledge and applied the same to grow significantly in the corporate sector.
After completing his undergraduate studies at IIT Bombay, he received an MBA from IIM Kolkata. Ever since he has made significant contributions in various business divisions of Fortune 500 companies. He has hands-on experience in developing strategic and business plans. The in-depth knowledge that he possesses of market changes and powers that impact the organization has been steady in the development and improvement of the brand.

Having spent more than thirty years in the corporate world, serving tenures of 8 years as SBU Head, 20 years in Sales, Brand Management, Customer Marketing in various leadership and challenging roles and 6 years in Business Strategy and Business Development, he is a master of his trade who has set up functions/teams from scratch, instituted processes, performance metrics, planned and implemented business transformation initiatives.
Having worked for years in Indian owned organisations, he understands the workings, relationships, and processes very well. He has worked with prestigious companies like the TTK group, United Spirits Ltd (USL)/Diageo, Unibev Pvt Ltd/ Vizanar Advisors and Jagatjit Industries Ltd (JIL).
As the Chief Operating Officer of Alcobrew, Mr. Iyer is responsible for the commercial functions of the company handling Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, Exports, Sales MIS etc.
He is an effective leader who is knowledgeable and capable in his position. He exercises initiative to complete tasks and projects and performs duties on schedule. He observes timetables, adheres to deadlines, and delivers on promises because he understands the value of a well-organized workplace. Additionally, he is in charge of designing business plans and strategies to boost company sales, evaluating and acquiring industry data and information, finding new business partners, promoting and growing the company's brands and identifying fresh business prospects.
She has a background in administrative procedures, project management, and business operations. She possesses a diverse portfolio of experience ranging from business relations, service delivery and digital marketing. She employs a variety of abilities to carry out her job, including leadership, organization, time management, and attention to detail. Moreover, she understands team style and how people work together and is able to maintain, influence and motivate a team.
His approach to developing sales & distribution modules has shaped businesses from the scratch, helping in building strong trade and consumer understanding. His distinctive approach has helped him develop effective strategies in Trade and Consumer Marketing and People Management.
He has been on board with various professionally managed companies in the field of infrastructure development and wellness tourism as well as offering transaction advisory/assets & wealth management services at RS Wellness that assist companies with perception makeover architecture – all under one roof. in the field of electronics & telecom, represented esteemed Groups such as HCL, and Thapar, and worked as a commercial officer at the Embassy of Panama, New Delhi.
